A 2-day capacity strengthening training organized by SCALE for CSOs across the south-south & south-east themed; Institutional strengthening learning and sharing forum hosted in Awka, Anambra state.
Due to the low number of Organizations in the south-east had a good policy and control systems, which is about 10% that have effective accountability, controllability and sustainability, qualities that make for a globally recognized organization.
Having recognized the limitations of majority of the organizations largely due to concentration of donors in the north which created lots of opportunities that attracted experts there, and also the low impact of organizations in the south-east with no sustainability plan and are driven by profit by the founders instead of policies.
